حذف حساب ConnectX / Delete ConnectX Account

Steps to request account deletion

1. Tap the button above Delete account in ConnectX app to open the app and start deletion (if installed).
2. Or sign in to the ConnectX app → side menu → Delete account → confirm.
3. Or open My account → Delete account permanently → confirm.
4. On the website: sign in → account card → Delete account permanently.

البيانات التي تُحذف

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الدولة، الجنس، نوع الحساب، الرصيد النقاط.
• جلسات تسجيل الدخول ورموز التحديث (refresh tokens).
• المنشورات والتعليقات والإشعارات والرسائل المباشرة المرتبطة بالحساب.
• بيانات صارحني، التبادل الاجتماعي، الروابط المختصرة المرتبطة بالحساب.
• توكنات إشعارات الجوال وسجلّ طلبات تصحيح الدليل المرتبطة بالمستخدم.
• إدخال الدليل المرتبط بحساب المستخدم (إن وُجد).

Data that is deleted

• Account profile data (name, email, phone, country, gender, account type, points balance).
• Login sessions and refresh tokens.
• Posts, comments, notifications, and direct messages tied to the account.
• Saraha, social exchange, and short-link data tied to the account.
• Mobile push tokens and directory correction requests tied to the user.
• Any directory entry linked to the user account (if present).
